Instructions:
- For each item, enter details – purchase date, description including quantity, cost and optionally, category code (see list of codes below)
- Fill in your name and email in the Submitted By and Email field, respectively
- Upload receipts in the Receipts area
- Choose the appropriate department who is in the best position to sign off on the expenses
- Optionally, enter any comments for department coworker or treasurer, then click Submit
- An email with all the reimbursement details will be sent to the department coworker and treasurer for review. You will also receive a copy of the email so you are informed of the progress.
